Quartz Sand Product Line is usually composed of vibrating feeder, primary crusher, secondary crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. We can design different production lines with capacity from 10 t/h to 600 t/h according to the customers' requirements. Our products are widely used for crushing limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, slag, coal, etc.

Quartz Sand Product Line Working Principle

Big size stones from hopper are transferred to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and selected into different sizes. The suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and while the unsuitable size will be transferred to another crusher for secondary crushing. And the products from the secondary crusher will go to another vibrating screen and be selected. This forms a closed cycling system. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements. And to meet the environmental friendly requirements, the customers can equip the machines with dust collector.

Quartz Sand Production Line Features

  1. Cubic shape of final product with excellent quality;the needle and slice shaped product is minimum;the high compression strength is suitable for high standard construction such as water conservancy, bridges, high ways and high-rise buildings.
  2. Unlike traditional sand making equipment only restrict in soft rock with compression strength less than 150MPA, this equipment is suitable for grinding of granite, basalt, bank gravel, bauxite, cement clinker, quartz silicon carbide, sand and iron ore.
  3. Our senior engineers tailor every production line for different customers. The scientific configuration of equipment will get twice the profit from half investment. Our production line will not be out of date within three or five years.
